True to the original of 1922, this series is die-forged with a small bolster in the dry fine grinding method, and blue glazed by hand. This is the 1922 series, with blades made of high-grade non stainless carbon steel, hardened to 60 HRC and with noble knife handles made of plum and walnut. These are special contemporary witnesses of our craftsmanship in our 140-year anniversary.
